Oliver is on a major astronaut/spaceship kick right now. He's always playing with his "space guys" and whenever we see those white airplane lines in the sky he swears up and down that a spaceship made them, not an airplane. This new obsession made it easy to decide on the valentine's he'll be handing out to his little preschool classmates next week.
I ordered these cute plastic astronauts from Amazon,
painted a red heart on each one using acrylic paint and attached them with baker's cord to the moon card.
Happily each bag of astronauts

ReplyDeleteThose are really cute and it's such a unique idea. Is it normal in the U.S. to give out Valentines Cards at school and kindergarden?
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Germany
Yes Sophie, it is common for children in the US to give out valentines to each of their classmates in kindergarten and elementary school.
