By Way Of Announcement...

We have a bit of happy news to share...

 A sweet lil' babe is on the way!

And as you can clearly see, things are progressing rapidly.

I've waited and waited to share the news, partly due to the nausea that was made worse by getting near the computer and partly because the news felt like a dream. Welcoming another babe to our family is something my heart has secretly (and perhaps sometimes not so secretly) been wishing for. I believe every family has their very own "magic number" and it looks like for us, it's going to be six. Six! Even as this little one makes itself comfortable- kicking and poking around, it doesn't feel quite real. We're all over the moon happy and anxiously awaiting the time when he or she will join us in the yellow house. 

p.s. I'm nearly 20 weeks along now and yes, we will be finding out the gender. The children are making their predictions, what's yours? 

p.p.s While snapping these images last night Ryan joked that I had already waited so long, I might as well share the news with a picture of the babe when he/she arrives. Ha! That would have been a shock!
