2009 Family Pictures.

Believe it or not, our little family has grown by TWO babes since our last family photo shoot. High time for a session don't you think? Lucky for us, we came across Portland based photographer Ryan Wilcox from You Look Nice Today Photography. His photo journalistic style instantly spoke to me. I loved the ease + simplicity that oozed from his work. Exactly what I wanted hanging on the walls of the cozy brick house. The session was booked, the weather cooperated + Ryan and his lovely wife Tiffany were AMAZING to work with. We couldn't be happier with the results! Ryan shot our session with the most amazing cameras you've ever seen. 100% film. Vintage. Deliciousness. If you're looking for a photographer for your family and you are in the Portland Oregon or Tri-Cities WA areas, you might want to email Ryan quickly. I have a feeling his schedule will be filling up fast. Oh, and if you'd like to see more from our shoot, go here.

So beautiful! (My favorite is the one of Abigail - black & white - walking along the ditch.) I agree with Marilyn...you do look like you could pose for GAP ads!

Those are gorgeous! I rarely get excited about family photographers, since I have a photographer for a husband. But I love his work. Especially knowing that they are shot in film. !

I might have just been inspired to take a family photograph today afterall... ;)

I love how everyone looks so happy and calm (sometimes the opposite of what you get at a family photo shoot! haaha). Well done, I'm sure those photos will be treasured for years to come!

Amazing pictures. My fav is still Ryan holding Oliver up... so awesome.

Your family really should move to NY and become Gap models. Seriosuly.

Except then we would miss you.

Seriosuly??? I can spell, really. Let's try that again.

Seriously!

Fabulous photos. My absolute favorite?? The one of Audrey in black and white. It kind of seems like she didn't want her picture taken that day, but I think that's what makes it so lovely - a true snapshot of a day in the life of children.

Do you know how I could perhaps snag a "You look nice today photography" button? I'd love to spread the love on my blog.
