poor thing! and poor mama!

I love that he's wearing size 5 diapers. Both my boys were in size fives their whole lives it seems.

Dandee, you'll be pleased to hear that I went to a baby shower yesterday and the refreshment/gift given to guests was none other than your pumpkin butter! I asked where she got the recipe (because I had seen your recent post about it) and she said Dandee's blog.

I felt like a celebrity being able to say that I know you. She said she just came across your blog one day and has loved it ever since.

I just thought you'd like to hear how popular you are here in the big AZ.

PS- The pumpkin butter is delicious!

Wow, that is so sad!

Size 5 diapers????? My two year old is still wearing size three diapers!

Oh, how sad I am for his beautifully chubby body. I'm so glad you were able to figure out the source...allergic reactions have always been some of our scariest situations. He is adorably big! I love me some baby rolls (& rolls)!

Same thing happened to my son. It cleared up in about 2 weeks, but still looked so sad.

Hopefully it doesn't dampen your Halloween spirit.

Poor little guy! Hope he feels better soon.

Yikes! So sorry for sweet little Oliver. At least he's still the cutest little hive-ridden baby around!

oh no, oh no, oh no! Poor little Oliver. That is just not right.

Also....I could not help but notice the size 5 diaper! I just bought Elisabeth her first pack of size 5's last week.....and she has a year and a half on him! I love your rollie pollie babies. So adorable.

Breaks my heart. No baby should have to endure such a horrible rash. Find a little papoose to wrap him up tight in, then no one will see your little leper baby.

I'm so sorry. The same thing happened to my boy when he was around that age. So sad. He was so swollen too that I almost couldn't recognize him.

I feel your pain! That happens to Colby when he eats the foods he is allergic to. Poor baby! I hope he feels better soon.

Yep...cute and miserable! Poor Oliver.

Love the new blender...way to go little brother.

Sydney loved her prize ball and had a blast at the party. I could have loaned you some of those mini lables...I did the same thing a while back and bought the wrong ones. I think Abby's party was a huge success!

Poor little guy, hives are NO fun. I hope he can stay some what comfortable until they go away -which hopefully will be very soon!

Poor little guy! He still looks chipper, though...here's hoping it's short-lived.

That makes me so sad for him, but I echo Lindsay's comment. He still looks so happy, and that makes me happy! Poor little guy.

Oh poor Oliver, but he must have the most positive attitude ever, because he is still smiling. I hope is all better very soon.

The same thing happened to my son when he was 6 mos old. He had an allergic reaction and it took a few months to completely clear his system. I don't think that he ever looked that happy with the hives though.
