Black Friday

Instead of dealing with crazy shoppers, we decided to take the children up to the mountains to play in the snow. The weather was absolutely lovely! The sun was shining, the skies were blue, and the snow was perfect. Powdery perfection. The temperature, well that's another story. 24 degrees people! BRRRRR!

{Miss Audrey all bundled up and warm by the fire}

{Audrey was fast asleep in the warm truck when this shot was taken}

After the chili, hot dogs and cinnamon rolls were gone, the children were ready to go. Thank you to our dear friends for inviting us along. As always, we had a blast!

  6. How fun. Abby looks so different to me! More grown up all of a sudden, it barely looks like her!

    Danyelle, only you could look that gorgeous in a Snow Day picture.

  10. Sounds so much better than being in a mall with a bunch of crazed shoppers, even if it was only 24 degrees. Since I worked at the Bon in high school I have really despised the mall, sales and the like. You wouldn't beleive the crazy things I saw. You think working at the airport sees some crazy people, the mall is equally crazy and I have worked at both!

    Maybe you could super-impose Audrey into that picture because it would be a cute Christmas card photo.
