Centerpieces

Marilyn and I had some great bonding time the other night when we stayed up until 2:30 a.m. making these centerpieces for the family reunion adult only dinner. They turned out great and will be auctioned off Saturday night to the highest bidder at the family auction. They were were made by adhering old family photos to simple wooden boxes. I love the end result!
Oh so nostalgic!

p.s. My mystery project is almost complete.

Stay tuned...

  11. Those guys with the awesome bow ties and ruffle tuxes are my father and his twin brother. That would be Leon and Loren at my mom and dad's wedding! Pretty groovy.

I LOVE the way these boxes turned out and it was actually pretty fun once we got started. Good times!

  12. Kim, B&B printed the pictures in sepia tone on photo copy paper and we mod podged them right to the boxes. Super simple, but a little time consuming.
