The Class Has Been Taught.

After a long and stressful day, this delicious cake was my reward.

I'm no longer feeling under presure and I feel like I can breathe again. For those of you who came, and gave me positive feed back, well, you'll never know how great it made me feel. I'm glad to be done and excited to get on with those projects that have been stored for awhile.

Also, I would like to introduce you to one of my favorite artists. Her name is Rachael Yamagata and she's amazing. Like most of the music I listen to, Marilyn introduced Rachael and I about a year ago. Rachael sings the kind of music I love to listen to when I'm relaxed and loving life. I hope you enjoy her as much as Marilyn and I do. If your ears approve, I highly recommend downloading "Be Be Your Love", "I'll Find A Way", and "Reason Why" to name a few.

Have a happy Friday and a lovely weekend!

  1. I'm glad you can breathe again. There's no way I could have taught that class. It's one thing teaching something for your own ward, but for the stake! You were right to feel under pressure. But you did a great job, and you did not seem nervous at all once you got up there. You deserved that big old piece of cake!

I've never heard of Rachael Yamagata. I really like her voice, very soft and sultry.

  2. Danyelle, you were awesome, and classy last night. You also added just the right amount of humor! Good job!

Rachael Yamagata is SO COOL. I would recommend her entire album, but if you just want a few songs, then also check out her song "Even So". It is one of her best.

  3. I haven't been able to comment for a while because it kept saying I had the wrong password. Anyways, now that that's fixed: you did a wonderful job on your lesson. I came home and thought, man I've got alot of work to do. Wonderful job, as I was expecting.

  4. I am so sad I missed it! I was getting ready for my crop tonight and also doing pet visits. I love de-cluttering and organizing. Any chance you are going to do an encore? Or have notes? Great music too. I love artists that are not just played on the top 40!
